• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems.

• Use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited advertisements.

• Collect or harvest user data without consent.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy.

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• To cancel, visit your account settings or contact support@mangotalk.it.

• Refunds are handled at our discretion. We do not guarantee refunds for partially used subscription periods.

• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it solely to provide the Service (including translation features).

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse any User Content and are not liable for any content submitted by users.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of MangoTalk. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

The Service uses AI-powered translation (Google Gemini, Google Translate) to translate messages. Translations are provided for convenience and may not be perfectly accurate. We are not responsible for any misunderstandings or damages arising from translated content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANGOTALK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@mangotalk.it.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.
