• Authentication Data: OAuth tokens from Google or Apple Sign-In.

• Usage Data: messages sent/received (stored for service delivery), channel subscriptions, app activity logs, device type, OS version, and IP address.

• Device & Push Notification Tokens: to send you push notifications.

• Contacts (optional): with your permission, to help you find friends on MangoTalk.

• Camera / Microphone (optional): to scan QR codes or use voice-to-text features.

• Payment Information: processed by our payment provider (LemonSqueezy); we do not store card details.

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.

• Enable real-time multilingual translation of messages.

• Send push notifications for new messages and activity.

• Process subscription payments and manage billing.

• Respond to customer support requests.

• Monitor usage to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

• Improve and personalize the Service.

• Comply with legal obligations.

We share data with the following third parties as necessary to operate the Service:

• Google Firebase – authentication, real-time database, push notifications (FCM), and cloud storage.

• Google Gemini API – AI-powered language translation of messages.

• Google Translate API – supplementary translation.

• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In – OAuth authentication.

• LemonSqueezy – subscription payment processing.

• Vercel / Replit – web hosting infrastructure.

Each third party has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by:

• Using the "Delete Account" option in the app settings, or

• Emailing support@mangotalk.it.

Upon deletion, your account data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

• Correction: request correction of inaccurate data.

• Deletion: request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").

• Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
